Payment Terms Summary
50% Advance Payment — Required before project commencement to secure your project slot.
50% Upon Completion — Final payment due upon project completion and client approval.
1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging JFS Marketing for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all web development, SEO, and telemarketing services provided by JFS Marketing.
2. Services
JFS Marketing provides web development (HTML/CSS, JavaScript/PHP, React/Node.js, Java/Enterprise), Search Engine Optimization (SEO) packages, and outbound telemarketing campaigns. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a project agreement prior to commencement.
3. Payment Terms
50% advance payment is due before project commencement — this secures your project slot and authorizes JFS Marketing to begin work. 50% final payment is due upon project completion and client approval before final delivery. For telemarketing: hourly rate is $5 CAD per agent per hour (minimum 4-hour blocks); monthly retainer is $600 CAD per agent per month (up to 160 hours), due at the start of each billing period.
4. Refund Policy
Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled before work begins, the advance payment may be refunded at JFS Marketing's discretion. Completed work phases are non-refundable.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to: provide accurate and complete project requirements; supply necessary assets (logos, content, images) in a timely manner; provide timely feedback during revision rounds; make payments according to the agreed schedule; and ensure all provided content is legally owned or licensed.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, the client receives full ownership of the completed website or deliverable. JFS Marketing retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Revisions
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at an hourly rate to be agreed upon. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
JFS Marketing's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
